THE LOGAN PARKS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Logan Parks Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of our son and brother, Logan Parks who was killed tragically on April 16, 2022. He was only 28 years young.
Each year a $2,000.00 and $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to two promising high school seniors to assist with the costs of attending a college, trade school, or Certificate Program of their choice.
-To be considered for the scholarships applicants may be attending any public, private, or parochial school in the Tri-City area. Well-rounded high school seniors who demonstrate our core values are encouraged to apply.
- Awarding of the Logan Parks Memorial Scholarship is contingent on several criteria; acceptance and enrollment to a two-year or four-year college, a trade school, or a certificate program, demonstrate our core values, and a complete application. Additionally, applicants are required to submit an essay demonstrating their passion to create a better world. Scholarship recipients are expected to use their resources wisely and uphold to a high standard of conduct.

All required attachments, except letters of recommendation, must be submitted at the same time your application is submitted. Deadline for submitting applications and letters of recommendation is March 31, 2025. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
**Your application will be reviewed by the members of our scholarship committee. Selection will be based on the students commitment to service in the community, overall academic progress, and the demon- stration of our Foundation's core values. Students will be notified by email of any scholarship award or denial on or before May 1, 2025.
Application Requirements:
Completed and signed application and required documents to us by March 31, 2025
Official high school transcripts showing a GPA of at least 2.5.
A brief description of planned area of study and career goals.
An essay must accompany your application. It should be no longer than two pages.
Essay Question: Please describe how you as an adult, you will strive to help create a better world. This can be through your field of study or personal commitment.
One letter of recommendation. Letter should be mailed to:
